Shipping policy

We do not ship to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.

Estimated processing times vary from 1 – 5 business days from date of order.

During sale periods processing times may take up to 15 business days.

Shipping is offered Australia wide, at this time international shipping is not available.

Soul + Stone do not take any responsibility for transit delays.

It is the responsibility of the customer to familiarise themselves with processing times and transit lead times, by placing an order you are accepting processing and transit times.

Once an order has been shipped customers must contact the shipping agent to track and trace their parcel, if a claim is unresolved with the shipping agent please contact us.

To be kinder to the environment invoices are not included inside of your package. If you require a copy of your invoice, please request it in the notes section and one will be sent to you via email.
